Raw Pepper Jack

Experience the bold and spicy flavor of our Raw Pepper Jack Cheese, aged for 60 days to develop a smooth, creamy texture and a satisfying kick of heat. This cheese combines the richness of traditional Monterey Jack with the zesty, vibrant flavors of jalapeños and other peppers, making it the perfect balance of creamy and spicy. True to tradition, our Raw Pepper Jack is crafted using raw A2 milk, curdled with animal rennet and aged to perfection. The addition of fresh peppers gives the cheese its signature heat and a burst of flavor, adding excitement to any dish—from tacos to sandwiches to a simple cheese platter. The raw milk used in our Pepper Jack comes from 100% grass-fed, regeneratively raised Jersey cows, rotated on lush pastures. This diverse, nutrient-dense diet contributes to milk that’s rich in flavor and nutrition, while the A2A2 milk makes the cheese gentler on the digestive system, so even those sensitive to dairy can enjoy it without discomfort. More than just its spicy kick, our Raw Pepper Jack is packed with essential nutrients like bioavailable calcium, vitamin K2, lactoferrin, and gut-friendly probiotics. Raw cheese is a true superfood, providing natural protein and vitamins that support gut health and overall wellness. Say goodbye to bland, pasteurized cheeses that lack flavor and character. With our traditional cheesemaking methods and the finest A2 raw milk, our Raw Pepper Jack brings you a spicy, flavorful, and nourishing cheese that’s been enjoyed for centuries.
