Pepper Dark Roast Coffee

One bag of our delicious 12 ounce Pepper Dark Roast blend. Our roasters hand-select complementary beans from top farms across the world and build several flavor profiles. We then roast & mix them. Bag them and repeat. Some of that gets pretty nerdy but you can enjoy our research however you like.  Tasting Notes: cocoa, dried fruit, brown spice Different roasts of coffee can be very different in taste, flavor, body and complexity because different roast times and temps bring flavors out of the beans. Just getting into the good stuff? You can download our free coffee tasting wheel to identify flavors, just like our roasters do.  Love this roast so much, you'd like a shirt or mug of its label?
