Pepper Black Ground #2

Ingredients: Black Pepper. Description: Pepper has remained as the King of Spices over the ages, and has become an integral flavoring in most cuisines around the world. The taste is hot and biting with a clean, penetrating aftertaste. It has the ability to work so well in many dishes from savory to sweet, whether included in cooking or added at the table. It goes well with red meats, game, strongly flavored seafood, and egg dishes when used in moderation. Peppercorns release their pungency when cracked or ground, so very different results are achieved by working with whole verses ground pepper.
