Peperomia Watermelon

Don’t let the playful disguise fool you—Peperomia Watermelon is no ordinary snack. With sharp precision, its silver-striped leaves mimic a fruit it has no intention of becoming. Small but strategic, it quietly establishes itself, thriving under the right conditions while lesser plants wither. Deceptive? Absolutely. Delightful? Without question. It can grow up to 8 inches tall. Tiny green flower spikes appear in summer. Botanical Name: Peperomia argyreia Common Name(s): Watermelon Peperomia, Watermelon Begonia Ideal Lighting: Thrives in bright, indirect light but tolerates moderate conditions. Too much direct sun, and its crisp pattern may fade—too little, and it may stall its silent expansion.
