Frequently Asked Questions What is included in this Penelope bundle? This exclusive bundle includes two 750ml bottles: the highly limited Penelope Magic Toast Barrel Strength Toasted Bourbon (110 Proof) and the core portfolio Penelope Wheated Straight Bourbon (95 Proof). What makes the Magic Toast release unique? It is a small-batch, uncut, cask-strength bourbon featuring a Char 5, heavy toast. Crafted as a Private Batch, it offers a bold, rich, and intensely toasted flavor profile. What does non-chill filtered mean for the Wheated Bourbon? Skipping the chill-filtration process allows the bourbon to retain its natural oils and esters, resulting in a much richer, creamier mouthfeel and a deeper flavor profile.
