Pendleton Blanket - Sandhills

Pendleton Home Collection Blanket The role of the blanket is woven deep in the history of Native Americans. For centuries it has been used for warmth, medium exchange, artistic expression, and as an important element of ceremonies and recognition.  Pendleton Woolen Mills began weaving in 1909 and be came known as a Indian Trade Blanket.
