Pendle Hill - House Plan

The Pendle Hill is a pleasant 2 bedroom farmhouse ranch plan with a huge garage workshop and an optional bonus room that could serve as a third bedroom.  A split footprint draws you into a breezeway between the garage shop and the main house centered on an amazing freestanding outdoor fireplace in the rear porch.  The three car garage has tons of room for projects and a full sized staircase up to the optional bonus room above. Despite the efficient layout, the main house doesn't make any sacrifices on features. Each bedroom features private en-suite bathrooms and an optional vaulted ceiling with beams.  The kitchen features a walk-through pantry, 2 seat island and a charming built-in bench.  The living room has access through a sliding glass door through to the sizable front porch.
