PEMB Seismic Training Tool – 3D‑Printed Hands‑On Model

Help PEMB builders “see” seismic behavior in 15 minutes The PEMB Seismic Training Tool is a table‑sized, 3D‑printed model of a multi‑bay pre‑engineered metal building. It turns complex seismic and structural concepts into simple, hands‑on demos that help PEMB manufacturers, builders, and engineering teams teach faster and explain more clearly. A physical 3D‑printed kit, shipped ready to use This is a large, 3D‑printed model of a multi‑bay pre‑engineered metal building. I print every part, fully test‑assemble the model, then pack and ship the complete kit to you. You do not receive STL or CAD files. You do not need a 3D printer. You receive a ready‑to‑use physical training model in a box. Built for PEMB training teams PEMB manufacturers running builder schools who need builders to actually understand seismic deflection behavior and load path Metal building erectors and builders who want crews and clients to see frames, bracing, and connections in 3D Sales engineers and technical sales teams who need a hands‑on way to explain what the building will do What each kit includes All 3D‑printed parts for a multi‑bay PEMB model, color‑coded for frames, braces, purlins, and girts A table‑sized model that lives on a standard training or conference table Numbered packing / inventory sheet and a quick‑start assembly guide Access to demo and assembly videos so your trainers can get up to speed fast Custom logo base (optional) Use the Custom Logo Base selector above to choose a standard base or upgrade to a custom logo base. If you choose a custom base, you’ll send me your logo file after checkout so I can print it into the base. The logo base replaces the standard base plate so every builder school, crew training, and client demo reinforces your own brand. Durable and travel‑ready Each kit is printed in durable PLA and TPU on Bambu Lab printers, test‑assembled before shipping, and sized to travel easily to builder schools and demos. If anything is missing or damaged If any part arrives missing or defective, I reprint and ship replacement parts at no extra cost. This launch partner rate is only available on the first 20 kits in exchange for honest feedback; after that, the standard price is $899.
