PELICAN CUFF + TURQUOISE EYE

Buy in 14K Gold. Our signature Pelican Cuff featuring a beautiful inset 2-millimeter turquoise stone eye.  The pelican image lives throughout Louisiana culture as a symbol of home. It is our state bird. It lives on our flag; it soars over our homes and swims in our waters. We wait for them to visit in the fall with the giddiness of a kid at Christmas. And when they arrive, we pause in awe, a little more connected to the seasonal transition of the natural world around us. Pelicans embody the story of self-sacrifice. Myth or not, we know her as the mother who pierces herself to feed her young. This bird holds more meaning for us than any other, and this collection is our way of honoring it. The SMALL size measures approximately 7" in circumference including a 1" gap to slip it on. The MEDIUM size measures approximately 7-3/4" in circumference including a 1" gap to slip it on. MIMOSA bracelets are slightly adjustable. The first time you put your new bracelet on, adjust it one time to a size that slips on and off comfortably. Our jewelry is solid cast metal, so repeated adjusting can cause it to break! *Note: Photo of loose turquoise stones displays the color variations for this particular piece. You may receive a mix of these colors or all of one color depending on our stock. At this time, we are not able to take special requests for stone color preferences and do not accept exchanges because of color variations. MIMOSA's Pelican Collection.   Made by hand in our South Louisiana studio. Chemicals can damage both the metal and stones. Store with Care: When not in use, keep your jewelry safe by storing it in its cloth MIMOSA bag or jewelry box. Professional Maintenance: We recommend a professional cleaning and checkup once a year for the life of your new piece!
