It all starts with high-quality sugarcane, harvested by hand and fashioned into molasses. The molasses is then fermented, using a yeast strain that's been carefully cultivated for generations. Next, it undergoes a double distillation process in traditional pot stills for an unrivalled depth and complexity of flavor. Finally, the rum is rested in white oak barrels for perfect smoothness before bottling. Every step of the process is overseen by dedicated master rum-makers, ensuring that the end product is worthy of its name.
