PEERLESS HIGH RYE STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY 750ML

Peerless High Rye Straight Bourbon Whiskey represents a bold new chapter in the legacy of Peerless, marking its first release with a distinctively different mash bill since the introduction of Peerless Bourbon and Peerless Rye. This innovative bourbon introduces a higher rye content than its predecessors, showcasing the sweet and spicy contributions of this grain. The Kentucky Peerless High Rye Mash accentuates these flavors, balancing the corn base with a prominent rye profile. On the nose, this bourbon offers a savory blend of warm seasoned oak, leather, and citrus, further complemented by notes of cedar, dark fruit, and sweet grasses. The palate is greeted with flavors of candied oak, toasted sugar, and charred orange, followed by a refreshing brightness akin to tea, all enveloped in a thick mouthfeel. Subsequent sips reveal layers of warm leather and rich tobacco, culminating in a finish where sweet and earthy notes engage in a delightful tussle. Peerless Bourbon is never sourced, chill-filtered, or diluted, ensuring barrel proof authenticity. Crafted with a strictly sweet mash and with no water added, this bourbon is an all-American product, perfect for those who appreciate the intricate balance of flavors and the art of whiskey-making.
