Peeli Mirch(Yellow Chili)

Peeli Mirch is a rare, highly prized, heirloom chili variety.  This expensive variety is very difficult to propagate and is actually grow in government funded communes that exist to preserve these rare heirloom genetics. This chili is sought after for providing a sharp, clean. lingering heat, without changing the color of the final dish. This is an indispensable ingredient for dishes that are not red.
