They are ideal for assisting in the correction of bowlegs (supination) and compensating for worn heels on the shoe. The lateral wedge insoles can assist with relieving ankle, knee, and hip pain (and pressure) relief. They are constructed from a 100% vegetable tanned leather top cover with a rigid latex heel and forefoot bottom.
