Casa M Spice Co® Pecking Order®

Created with turkey, duck, and goose in mind, Casa M Spice Co® Pecking Order® is the perfect poultry rub to give your poultry dishes a savory, mouth-watering flavor profile that will be the talk of the town. Designed for the grill, but versatile enough for any cooking method, this seasoning is perfect whether you're smoking, grilling, roasting, or baking. It brings out the natural flavors in poultry to give you a finished product that is both beautiful and delicious. We start with Chain Reaction® and add all-natural ingredients like black pepper, sugar, turmeric, and a few earthy, aromatic spices to perfectly complement poultry. Pecking Order® is a very low sodium blend so you can add as much additional flavor to your poultry dish as you'd like, without overpowering it with salt. Paired with some lightly sprinkled pink Himalayan salt, a healthy dose of Pecking Order® produces a mouthwatering charbroiled result with deliciously tasty and crispy skin that has a beautiful golden color from the turmeric. This seasoning is perfect for smoking, grilling, sous vide and searing, baking, or roasting. Pecking Order® is available in two heat levels. Our Original blend has just the right background heat to excite your tastebuds while our Uncontrolled blend doubles the heat to satisfy the heat lover in all of us while striking the perfect balance between heat and flavor. Select from a 10 oz stainless steel shaker (including a 1-cup refill bag), the 1-cup refill bag for the stainless shaker, an 8 oz Plastic Shaker, or a 1 pound bulk bag.
