Pecan Brittle

Our famous Pecan Brittle flavor is made from the finest ingredients which include farm-grown pecans for Georgia State.  The pecans are meticulously chopped into smaller pieces to allow equal distribution through the brittle mix to insure that every bite is packed with pecans. Our pecan brittle is hand mixed and hand poured batch of batter with the attention on achieving perfection.  The proprietary method of mixing, cooking and pouring creates a light, creamy, airy and crisp texture that is teeth/denture-friendly and non-chewy.
