Nada Debs Pebble Table, Black Marble, Blackened Steel Base

Lead time: 7–8 weeks Nada Debs Pebble Low Table (Tapis d’Orient) A bold expression of sculptural elegance, the Pebble low table reimagines the landscape of a room through rhythm, materiality, and form. Seven Nero Marquina marble tops rest atop a blackened steel base, creating a composition of striking contrast and quiet drama. The interplay of dark stone and sculptural metal gives the piece a strong architectural presence, while its fluid silhouette lends it a sense of movement and grace. Celebrated for its artistic character, the Pebble table has been described as evoking “a stone skipping across the surface of a pond,” a fitting reflection of its sleek lines and layered surfaces. Recently featured in Christie’s Collecting Guide: Picasso Ceramics, it stands as both a functional table and a collectible design object—refined, distinctive, and unmistakably luxurious. Dimensions: 94.5” W | 22” D | 21” H extended 59” W | 33.5” D | 21” H compact About the designer Of Lebanese origin and raised in Japan, Nada Debs is celebrated for a design language shaped by culture, craft, and modernity. She studied interior architecture at the Rhode Island School of Design in the United States before founding her first company in the UK, where she designed and produced custom furniture. After a 40-year absence, she returned to Beirut and found an absence of modern Middle Eastern furniture design. From that discovery, she established East & East, a brand through which she brought together Eastern heritage and minimalist elegance. Her richly layered, cross-cultural vision has since earned international acclaim.
