Peak Design Form Rope Straps

We created Form Rope as a minimalist and more delightful-to-use alternative to the other rope straps we've tried in the past. Instead of abrasive climbing rope sewn to chunky off-the-shelf split rings, we custom-designed our own materials and hardware to create a streamlined form with a brilliant connection experience. The internally-developed basket-woven nylon/poly rope strikes the optimal balance of strength, padding, and stretch for comfortable camera carry. At the ends, the rope seamlessly terminates into a color-matched low-profile version of our glass-reinforced nylon Anchor Link quick-connectors, offering secure and effortless camera attachment. A sleek anodized aluminum accessory loop lets you attach a spare Anchor, letting you stow your strap on your body when you remove your camera. With 4 fixed-length sizes to choose from, any photographer can dial in a perfect fit and carry style. - Fixed-length format minimizes hardware for a clean and simple experience - Wearable as cross-body, neck, or shoulder strap - Custom-developed rope strikes optimal balance of strength, comfort, and stretch - No visible seams or stitching for a sleek, integrated asethetic - Anchor Link quick-connection system is fast, secure, and only found on PD straps - Each Anchor can withstand 90kg (200lb) of force, overall strap rated at 82kg (180lbs) - Custom extra-slim color-matched Anchor housings - Updated v5 Anchors are visually simplified for cleaner look - Anchors and housings are backwards and cross-compatible with all other Peak Design straps - Aluminum accessory loop for on-body strap stowage or single-point camera carry of point-and-shoots (crossbody sizes only - not on neck size) - Straps are strong enough for vast majority of camera setups, optimized for carrying smaller kits Length (With Anchors): Standard Crossbody: 118.5cm (46.65")
