Unheated Tanzanite showing an exceptional blend of teal, forest green, and steel blue—often referred to in the trade as “Peacock Tanzanite.” These rare color zones result from natural vanadium and iron within the zoisite structure, with no exposure to the heat typically used to enhance Tanzanite’s blue. The layered mix of cool tones shifts with the light, showcasing the stone’s strong trichroism, a hallmark of untreated Tanzanite.
