The fruit flavor gives the sauce a distinctive starting point, while the peppers deliver a powerful finish. That contrast makes it a natural match for rich pork, grilled chicken and wings. It also brings an unexpected sweet-and-spicy element to burgers, tacos, flatbreads and cream cheese appetizers. This sauce is intended for people who enjoy substantial heat. Start with a small amount, taste and add more according to your preference. How to Use Peaches & Scream Make a Fiery Peach BBQ Glaze Brush Peaches & Scream onto grilled chicken, pork chops, ribs or wings during the final minutes of cooking. Watch the glaze closely to prevent the sweet sauce from scorching. Finish Chicken Wings Toss cooked wings with a small amount of sauce, then add more if desired. Serve extra on the side for guests who want additional heat. Add Sweet Heat to Burgers and Tacos Drizzle Peaches & Scream over burgers or tacos just before serving. Its peach sweetness adds contrast while the pepper blend brings a fiery finish. Make a Quick Cream Cheese Appetizer Place cream cheese on a serving plate, spoon a little Peaches & Scream over the top and serve with crackers. Offer additional sauce separately so guests can control the heat. Serve It as a Dipping Sauce Pour a small amount into a dipping bowl for egg rolls, fries, chicken tenders or wings. The peach flavor provides sweetness before the pepper heat develops. Finish Flatbreads and Roasted Vegetables Use a light drizzle over cooked flatbreads or roasted vegetables for fruit-forward flavor and a spicy finish. Build a Sweet and Spicy BBQ Meal Use a savory dry rub before cooking, then finish with Peaches & Scream to add peach sweetness and heat. This approach works particularly well with chicken, pork, ribs, wings and roasted vegetables. For entertaining, serve the sauce on the side as well as using it as a glaze. Guests can choose how much heat to add to their plates. Pair It With These BBQ Favorites Build complementary flavor combinations with these sauces and seasonings available at DDR BBQ Supply.
