Peach Ghost Pepper Seeds, Garden Vegetables

The Peach Ghost Pepper A.K.A Bhut Jolokia, is a variant of the Red Ghost, but peach in color. This previous Guinness World Record holder for the hottest pepper in the world (from 2007-2012) has a heat level of 800,000-1,000,000 Scoville Heat Units making it a super hot pepper variety. Features: Peach Ghost Peppers grow up to 5" long ripening from light green to peach color. They will turn orange if they ripen past their peak. The elongated pods are wrinkly and pointy with smooth but bumpy skin. Expect a smooth taste with heat similar to a regular Ghost with these variants. They have a very fruity flavor that almost kicks in after consumption (before the excruciating heat burns your mouth). Culinary Uses: The Peach Bhut Jolokia is very unique for its colors and flavors that you can add to a variety of dishes. Try this flavorful pepper for hot sauces, jellies and jam, powder, and more!
