Super Strength Peach Flavoring A typical 5-6 gallon batch uses 1-2 drams (0.125-0.25 oz), depending on the flavor and desired intensity. Add the flavor during kegging or bottling, starting with the lower amount and adjusting gradually to taste. Mix gently and sample before treating the entire batch. Use it in wheat beer, saison, blonde ale, hard cider, melomel, white wine, hard seltzer, or Ranch Water. It also works well as a secondary note in dry sparkling beverages. Apricot, raspberry, vanilla, ginger, lemon, and honey complement it. In a dry base, Peach will read sharper; a little residual sweetness will make the aroma and finish feel fuller.
