PC-2500134 – Original Artwork Calligraphy – Form Composition (Sama Dance Series) Text: که عشق آسان نمود اول ولی افتاد مشکلها (Love seemed easy at first, but then came the hardships) Artist: B. Yazdani Art Style: Contemporary Persian Calligraphy (Form Calligraphy) Technique: Ink-based compositional calligraphy in figure form Dimensions: 42 × 49 cm (≈ 16.5 × 19.3 in) Description: This artwork reimagines the Sufi dancer’s whirling form through intricate layers of Persian calligraphy. The poetic verse by Hafez becomes both motion and metaphor, its curves shaping the dancer’s body while its rhythm captures the spiritual duality of love’s joy and struggle. The interplay of text and figure transforms the written word into movement, merging devotion, poetry, and form. Authenticity: This piece is an original hand-executed Persian calligraphy created using traditional materials and techniques.
