Protection Plan

Standard PBO Warranty: Every Purpose Built Optics product is meticulously crafted to the highest manufacturing standards. As an original owner, you are entitled to 3-years against any material or workmanship defects at no cost to you. PBOPlus Here is how it works: 1.  Enrollment - You must enroll in the PBOplus program to activate coverage. If you purchase eyewear online, you can enroll in PBOplus for a nominal fee of $25.00 for 2 years or $30.00 for three years of coverage.  If you choose not to do it at checkout, or if you purchase your eyewear from a PBO Certified Partner, you have 10 days from the date of purchase to enroll. Enrollment is for a single pair of glasses. If you want to protect more than one pair of PBO, you will have to enroll each pair of glasses. This is similar an extended warranty on your car. It covers a specific car… not every car you will ever buy! 2.  Repair – PBOplus customers who damage their eyewear may file a repair claim to replace a lens or a frame.  When you file the claim, you must send the damaged product to our warehouse. PBOplus offers unlimited frame or lens repairs for the length of the coverage period at $50 per event.  Each repair includes a professional cleaning, and the return shipping is on us! 3.  Replacement – If your eyewear is lost or stolen, no worries—you can get a brand-new replacement pair for 50% off the retail price at the time of claim. If the original model is no longer available, you can select a different style of equal value. Replacing your PBO eyewear will end the PBOplus plan, but you'll have the option to purchase a new plan at the time of replacement to cover your new PBO eyewear.
