We don’t offer free shipping on returns or exchanges for a reason. Transporting items in planes, trains, ships, and trucks is one of the biggest environmental costs of our business, and we think it’s important that our policies reflect that. We offer two options: 1) pay $2.29 upfront and you can send your order back to us within 60 days at no extra cost or 2) wait until you receive your order and pay our $9.95 flat-rate return postage fee if you decide to send something back later on.
