Pattern - By Annie - It's A Cinch

Cinch sacks in three handy sizes are extra-easy and fun to make. They are perfect for carrying toys, sports gear, laundry, and more. Mesh fabric provides ventilation and visibility of contents while fabric strips in the middle add color and interest. These strips provide a perfect spot to embellish the bag with an embroidered name or design. Sturdy fabric straps pull through the reinforced fabric casing at the top of each bag to cinch it shut. The straps attach to a tab on back for easy carrying over the shoulder or as a backpack. A hanging strap allows the bag to be hung on a hook or door knob. Perfect for gifts, the bags can be personalized for each recipient. Choose mesh and fabrics in school or team colors for students or sports fans. Consider using different mesh colors on top and bottom for even more variety. The pattern includes complete step-by-step instructions for bags in three convenient sizes.
