Patent Wines Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Critical Acclaim: 92 pts Wine Spectator; 92 pts Tasting Panel; 92 pts Wine Enthusiast.  Winemaker's Tasting Notes: After 22 months in barrel, this wine has a rich garnet color, and classic Cabernet aromas with leather, cocoa, and spice. With touches of chestnut and nutmeg, it comes off clean. Consistent with flavors that continue the aromatics, with ample tannin and body to age beyond the next decade, but delightful now with anything barbequed and rich after decanting to add oxygen to allow it to open up. "Offers up a ripe burst of mulberry and loganberry fruit flavors that drive through nicely, laced with licorice snap and violet notes along the way. A subtle bramble edge add energy on the finish. Drink now through 2030."- Wine Spectator.  "Generous aromas of mint, cardamom and ginger light up this full-bodied, moderately tannic wine from the first whiff. Espresso, blackberry, and toasted oak flavors dominate the palate giving a definite spicy character to this wine."- Wine Enthusiast.  Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon.
