It’s not a drug, but a transdermal patch delivering various natural ingredients (vitamins, minerals, herbs) through the skin to support migraine relief and prevention.  --- Some of the main components in the patch are:  Ingredient Purported Benefit in Migraine / Headache Support   Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) Helps brain cell metabolism; often suggested for migraine prevention.  Magnesium (Bisglycinate) Muscle relaxation, nerve function; magnesium deficiency is sometimes linked to migraine triggers.  Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) Extract Herbal used historically for migraine prevention.  Butterbur Extract Also herbal; some evidence in migraine mitigation, though with warnings (see below).  Coenzyme Q10 Antioxidant; has been studied for reducing migraine frequency.  Ashwagandha Extract Thought to promote relaxation / stress modulation.  Vitamins B6, B12, Folate, D3 Support metabolic, neurological, and general health, which may influence migraine susceptibility.  Black Pepper Extract (Piperine) Likely to enhance absorption of other ingredients.  -- How It’s Used Apply to clean, dry, hairless skin (e.g. shoulder, back, or hip).    Wear the patch for up to 8 hours. After that remove it. Longer does not appear to give more benefit.  It is okay (per the manufacturer) to wear multiple patches at once if needed.  Free from common allergens / irritants: no gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, artificial dyes, etc.  What It Helps With Reduce how often migraines occur.  Lessen migraine severity, or limit the impact of attack days.  Support normal cell function and reduce oxidative stress.  Help with the usual triggers or contributors: stress / tension, nutrient deficits, ect. Limitations & Disclaimers It is not a drug and not FDA-approved for treating or curing migraines.  Individual results vary. What works for one person may not for another.  Some ingredients like butterbur have safety concerns: certain butterbur preparations can have pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs) which are potentially harmful to liver. So source / standardization matters. (The patch says “extract 4:1”, but always good to verify safety.)  If you have medical conditions, are pregnant/ nursing, or are on other medications, you should check with a healthcare provider before use.  The patch only provides supportive/nutritional/herbal relief.
