Pastured Pork Chorizo

Bulk Chorizo Sausage, approx 1 lb per pack. Mix this with some eggs in the morning...oh man it's good! Ingredients: Shirttail's Pastured Pork (Corn and Soy Free Diet), Water, Salt, Spices (including Red Pepper, Smoked Paprika (Spanish), Cumin, Mustard Seed, Dextrose, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Natural Spice Extractives (Including Paprika, Pepper), BHA (0.02%). Our pigs are raised on pasture and rotated among the more heavily wooded parts of our farm where various nut trees grow.
