Pasta Night Set

One of our staff members grew up with an Italian-cooking grandmother and these are the ingredients she now swears by for making nostalgic, easy, delicious pasta dishes at home. A few good ingredients can make a world of difference! All sets come with quick use and recipe cards. The Pasta Night Set includes: Basil EVOO 375ml North Beach Blend spice jar Aglio Olio spice jar Chrome Pour Spout - included for free!   About the ingredients we picked: Basil EVOO: Made by tossing fresh California basil together with late harvest Mission olives while we are crushing – a 100% natural process that captures and preserves the essence of garden fresh basil in all its complexity. Often affectionately called "pesto in a bottle"! THE best finishing oil for almost any pasta, whether you're going classic tomato sauce, or sauteed mushrooms, garlic, and pecorino cheese. North Beach Blend: Sometimes called the "pizza blend", this classic combo of Italian herbs and spices includes Oregano, Basil, Sun-Dried Tomato, Chili Pepper, Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme, Black Pepper and Sea Salt.. As well as being nearly the only other ingredient you need to make amazing tomato sauce from a humble can of tomatoes (plus olive oil, of course), you can also use it on non-tomato pastas, sprinkled on focaccia or for dipping bread, hummus, roasted veggies, burgers, or as a zesty topping on pizza. Aglio Olio: A deceptively simple, classic combination of seasonings that brings instant flavor to practically any dish: pasta, veggies, meats, fish, salads, soups, beans, bruschetta, and more. Make it's namesake pasta simply by dressing cooked spaghetti with lots of good olive oil and a healthy sprinkle of our "AO" (add fresh herbs and shrimp if you like)! Ingredients: Garlic, Red Chili Flakes, Parsley & Sea Salt.
