This is the 12-week Physical Ability and Stamina Test (PAST) Prep program designed to develop the strength and stamina to successfully complete the PAST, while having the overall stamina to be physically superior while attending your training at an Air Force Special Warfare school. We have scientifically broken down the requirements in order for you to optimize your potential without overtraining or causing injury. **This program is currently in the beta testing phase, any and all feedback welcome.**
