Neptune 108102 Replacement Feeder O-Ring Gasket The Neptune 108102 is the official OEM replacement O-ring designed for the 4-inch threaded cap assembly (Part #003697) used across the Neptune product line. This is a genuine Neptune part, not an aftermarket imitation, ensuring a precision fit and a reliable 300 PSI seal for your water treatment equipment. Universal Compatibility This black universal gasket is engineered to fit all Neptune 4" closure caps. It is the direct replacement part for the following models: VTF Series (Flat Bottom): VTF-2HP, VTF-5HP, VTF-10HP, VTF-12HP DBF Series (Dome Bottom): DBF-2HP, DBF-5HP, DBF-10HP FTF Series (Filter Feeders): FTF-2HP, FTF-2DB, FTF-5HP, FTF-5DB Technical Reliability Constructed from high-grade, chemical-resistant elastomers, the 108102 O-ring is built to withstand the thermal expansion and chemical exposure common in closed-loop HVAC and industrial boiler systems. A properly seated 108102 gasket prevents system pressure loss and protects the feeder threads from chemical bypass and corrosion. Maintenance Tip: To extend the life of your seal and prevent the O-ring from "pinching" or "rolling" during cap installation, apply a light coating of silicone-based lubricant to the gasket surface before tightening the 003697 cap assembly.
