Parrot ANAFI UKR GOV Edition Drone Bundle

Parrot ANAFI UKR GOV Thermal Drone for Public Safety and Government The Parrot ANAFI UKR GOV combines visible and thermal imaging, extended endurance, and secure communications in a portable drone system for public safety and government teams. Its three-camera payload brings together wide-angle, telephoto, and thermal views, helping an operator move from a broad scene assessment to a closer look at details. This Advexure configuration includes the ANAFI UKR GOV aircraft, SKYCONTROLLER UKR, one XLR battery and its required interface, charging equipment, a hard case, landing pad, and flight simulator. With the included XLR battery, Parrot rates flight time at up to 70 minutes under specified conditions. Key Features 640 × 512 thermal imaging: FLIR Boson thermal camera for observing heat signatures alongside visible imagery. Wide-angle and telephoto cameras: 4K visible video and up to 35× digital zoom, with maximum zoom available in 1080p. Extended endurance: up to 70 minutes of forward flight or 60 minutes of hover with the XLR battery. GOV communications: Wi-Fi 6, 5G with 4G LTE fallback, and a separate encrypted LoRa backup control link. Optical navigation: supports flight when GNSS is unavailable or untrusted, subject to Parrot's operating requirements. Field-ready construction: IP53 dust and rain resistance and wind resistance rated to 15 m/s. Operator-controlled data: encrypted communications and storage, signed firmware, and no data sharing without user consent. Visible Detail and Thermal Context in One Payload A wide view helps establish the scene; telephoto imagery helps examine it. The stabilized gimbal lets the operator alternate between visible and thermal perspectives without changing aircraft or payloads. Thermal/visible blending adds scene outlines to heat imagery, making it easier to relate a thermal signature to its surroundings. For a search team, that combination can help direct attention to an area needing closer examination. For incident assessment or infrastructure observation, it supports a more complete visual record. Thermal contrast and detection depend on the scene, weather, and subject; the 4K visible-video specification is separate from the thermal sensor's native resolution. More Time for Observation The included XLR battery supports longer observation periods between landings. When planning a deployment, consider the time needed to reach the observation area, maintain a return reserve, and rotate batteries. Wind, temperature, speed, battery condition, and equipment configuration all affect actual endurance. Communications Built Around the GOV Configuration ANAFI UKR GOV uses Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity for its main link, with automatic Wi-Fi/5G switching. LoRa provides a separate recovery path for essential control and telemetry if the main connection is lost. LoRa does not carry live video. The GOV model's Wi-Fi/5G configuration is distinct from MARS-equipped ANAFI UKR variants. Skycontroller UKR and FreeFlight 8 FreeFlight 8 brings flight planning, waypoints, points of interest, camera controls, object tracking, and flight-log review into the operator workflow. Cursor on Target displays estimated coordinates for the point being viewed. The included simulator gives teams a way to become familiar with controls and rehearse workflows before field deployment. Compatibility Batteries, Charging, and Field Accessories XLR battery: this package includes one battery and the required XLR Battery Interface. Add a Parrot ANAFI UKR XLR Battery for battery rotation. Standard battery: the ANAFI UKR Standard Battery can be used with the required standard smart battery adapter. It offers a lighter configuration with a shorter endurance rating. Propellers: use the correct ANAFI UKR Propeller Set for the aircraft and follow Parrot's installation guidance. Multi-battery charging: the CDC ANAFI UKR/XLR rapid charger case is an optional charging solution. XLR charging adapters are required and sold separately. XLR configuration note: do not use third-party attachments or mounts with the XLR battery in this configuration. Choose the standard battery when planning a compatible external accessory setup, and confirm total aircraft mass and installation requirements. Tablets, Software, and Connectivity The Skycontroller UKR ecosystem supports FreeFlight 8 and compatible tablets, including Parrot's Samsung tablet configuration and iPad mini options. Confirm the exact device, operating system, and current app compatibility before selecting a tablet. Cellular service and a compatible SIM/data plan are separate considerations. A remote-antenna setup requires additional hardware, including a second compatible controller; it is not supplied as a two-controller package. For integrations, review Parrot's SDK documentation and confirm the required functions with your software provider. Security Data Control for Government Workflows Parrot states that ANAFI UKR does not share data without user consent. Its security architecture includes authenticated firmware, encrypted links, and microSD encryption using AES-XTS with a 512-bit key. These controls give agencies a basis for reviewing the system against their own data-storage, retention, and network policies. In its GOV technical specifications, Parrot identifies ANAFI UKR GOV as TAA and NDAA compliant and Blue sUAS program approved. Use current manufacturer documentation when evaluating a purchase against your agency's procurement requirements. FAQs How long can ANAFI UKR GOV fly? Parrot specifies up to 70 minutes at 6.5 m/s with the XLR battery, or up to 60 minutes in hover. These are maximum test figures. Plan a mission with an appropriate reserve for return and landing. Is the 35× zoom optical? No. Parrot specifies up to 35× digital zoom, with maximum zoom in 1080p. The payload uses separate wide-angle and telephoto cameras alongside the thermal camera. Can it fly without GPS? It supports optical navigation when GNSS is unavailable or untrusted. Performance depends on lighting, terrain texture, altitude, and the required map preparation. Review the current controller guide before planning a GNSS-denied operation. Does LoRa provide a long-range video feed? No. LoRa is a backup channel for essential piloting commands and limited telemetry. Video is unavailable over the LoRa backup link. Can I use it in rain? The aircraft and controller are rated IP53 for dust and rain resistance. This rating does not make the system waterproof or suitable for immersion. Does this package include a tablet? The listed Advexure configuration includes the controller but does not list a tablet. Ask Advexure to include a compatible tablet in your quote if needed. Can I fold the drone with the XLR battery fitted? No. Remove the XLR battery before folding the aircraft for transport. How long does the XLR battery take to charge? The current GOV manual specifies approximately 5 hours with the pack's USB-PD charger when charging one device. Charging other devices simultaneously can extend this time.
