Soft Cover for PP-1.2

The Soft Cover for the Park Tool PP-1.2  protects your brake pistons from the metal lever and provides an alternative to the traditional method of using a tire lever to push brake pistons back into the caliper. Opting for the Soft Cover on the PP-1.2 is superior to the tire lever method due to the rigidity, ensuring better feel and precision as you push the pistons back into the caliper. Whether you are a professional mechanic or a DIYer, the Park Tool PP-1.2 Soft Cover is a must-have accessory for anyone looking to maintain their bicycle's hydraulic brakes. It's a great tool to push the pistons into the caliper during routine cleaning and lubricating maintenance. It also works well to give the pistons a final push into the caliper before installing a bleed block.  Once the Soft Cover is installed, the piston press will no longer fit between the brake pads. The Soft Cover is designed only for pushing directly against the brake pistons.  This is a great accessory to pair with the Brake Pad Advancement Tool.  3D printed from PLA Plus material in Salt Lake City, Utah.
