Park Tool IR-1.3 Internal Cable Routing Kit

How Does the IR-1.3 Make Internal Cable Routing Easier? The Park Tool IR-1.3 is an internal cable routing kit designed to guide brake and shift cables through frames with internal routing without damaging the frame or losing the cable inside the tubing. The kit includes flexible routing rods and magnetic tips that work together to thread cables through tight bends, ports, and frame sections that would otherwise require partial disassembly or blind probing. It covers the range of internal routing scenarios found on modern road, gravel, and mountain bike frames. Internal routing has become standard on performance bikes, but servicing it cleanly requires the right tools. The IR-1.3 saves significant time over improvised methods and protects both your cable and your frame finish by giving you controlled, directed access through the routing path from entry to exit.
