Park Tool BBT-47 Bottom Bracket Tool - 12 Notch

What does the Park Tool BBT-47 Bottom Bracket Tool do? The Park Tool BBT-47 is a 12-notch external bearing bottom bracket tool for the installation and removal of T47-standard threaded bottom brackets. It uses a ratchet and torque wrench-compatible 3/8-inch drive, making it the right choice for any mechanic using a torque wrench to hit manufacturer installation specs. Compatible with BBInfinite T47, Chris King ThreadFit T47 and ThreadFit 30, Enduro BBRight Torqtite, Hambini T47, Rotor T47 External 30mm, Rotor BBright, BB30, BB386EVO, and PF30 thread-together bottom brackets. The T47 bottom bracket standard has become increasingly common on modern road, gravel, and performance bikes. Having the correct 12-notch tool ensures full engagement across all notches, preventing the tool slippage that strips soft aluminum cup interfaces. Use with the optional Park Tool BBT-RS retaining system for added security during installation and removal.
