Paris * Eiffel Tower Scissors

Since 1960, the Italian manufacturer has been crafting scissors in Italy. Made from hard-tempered steel and covered with a thin layer of 24-karat gold, the Paris Scissors are a reproduction of a 19th-century pair celebrating the completion of the Eiffel Tower in 1889. A perfect gift for a francophile! With their pointy and sharp blades, they easily cut through textiles, ribbon or paper – perfect for both detailed and simple cutting. Each pair is etched with Studio Carta logo and is packaged in a letterpress paper label.  Size: 4” (10 cm) Materials: Stainless Steel | 24-karat gold coating Each pair is packaged in a letterpress paper label  Made in Italy More by Studio Carta A card with the maker's story is included with purchase Maker's Story Studio Carta Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts | Rome, Italy Founded in 2004 Founder Angela Liguori earliest childhood memories are of her mother sitting at a sewing machine making dresses with Saint Peter’s Basilica in the background.  Growing up in Rome, Italy, Angela, at an early age, through her dressmaker mother, observed and retained a love for products made with an attention to detail that is part of her products design and vision for her brand Studio Carta.
