Color: ruby red with tendency towards garnet Nose: The bouquet is very intense with elegant notes of ripe berries, macerated flowers, and tertiary notes of sweet spices, black pepper and balsamic sensations. Mouth: On the palate it is fresh, dry, medium-bodied, with silky integrated tannins. Long mineral finish. Pairing: Platter of cold cuts, mature cheeses, red meats Paride Iaretti is one of the youngest and most promising producers of Gattinara, a beautiful area located in the high Piedmont region between Biella and Vercelli. Here the reference variety is Nebbiolo which gives wines which, in contrast to those of the Langhe, are more mineral and ferrous due to the volcanic and iron-rich soil.
