Paradise Blend

There's no wonder so many folks refer to SGI as Paradise, there's a simplistic beauty to this island. It's a place where strangers become friends and locals treat you like family. Memories are made and stories are shared. We are blessed to call this place home. We are so excited to share our Paradise blend with you. It's a single-origin bean from Honduras. We've roasted it to a perfect medium profile. The acidity is muted, the body is present but not overwhelming, and the finish is incredibly sweet. We think this is the most balanced cup we've created and it's absolutely delicious.
