Panther Ausf. D (schürzen)

The Panther Ausf. D (schürzen) miniature represents an early version of Germany’s iconic Panther tank, equipped with schürzen (side skirts) for additional protection against anti-tank weapons. Introduced in 1943, the Ausf. D featured sloped armor, a powerful 75mm KwK 42 L/70 gun, and strong mobility, making it a formidable adversary on the battlefield. While it lacked some refinements of later models, it set the foundation for one of World War II’s most effective tanks. This is a fully assembled miniature model that requires no additional gluing or kit assembly. It arrives ready for use, featuring intricate details and precision modeling. It's printed as one unit and comes in the box ready for immediate use. This fully assembled model is suitable for use in miniature wargaming, scale model railroads, miniature scenes or dioramas, as well as for model display purposes.
