Panda Punch Box

To celebrate the arrival of Enoki, the Oregon Zoo's new Red Panda, we partnered with the Oregon Zoo Foundation on a limited-edition mocktail and cocktail kit built around a drink we call the Panda Punch. It's a bright, festive sipper — built as a mocktail with tart hibiscus, warming cardamom, pomegranate, fresh lime, orange bitters, and sparkling water. Add gin or vodka if you want the cocktail version. Either way, it's the kind of drink that turns a weeknight into something more — and supports red panda conservation along the way. What's in the box: 12 oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup — bright, tart berry hibiscus paired with warming cardamom and a subtle lift of rose hips 3.4 oz Orange Bitters — dried orange, subtle baking spices, and gentian 0.3 oz Dried Orange Slices — real orange, no preservatives, no added sugar Gold Pour Spout — fits the syrup bottle for drip-free pouring Step-by-step recipe card 40% of every Panda Punch Box sold goes to the Oregon Zoo Foundation to help support their species conservation work. Beyond the punch: the Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup is a workhorse on its own. Try it in sparkling water with lime, in a gin and tonic, in iced tea, in lemonade, or in a hibiscus margarita. The Orange Bitters belong in any home bar — they're essential in Old Fashioneds, Manhattans, and Negronis. Q: Is this a limited edition? A: Yes. The Panda Punch Box is a limited-run partnership with the Oregon Zoo Foundation. When they're gone, they're gone. Q: Can I make Panda Punch without alcohol? For the cocktail version, gin or vodka are our picks. Q: How does my purchase support red pandas? A: 40% of every Panda Punch Box sold goes to the Oregon Zoo Foundation, which supports conservation programs at the Zoo and globally. Q: Can I use the contents for other drinks? A: Yes — the Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup and Orange Bitters are full-size, standard products that work in countless other cocktails and mocktails.
