Palometa translates to "Permit" in Spanish, and this fly catches them like no other. It is an extremely effective crab pattern that gets the job done on one of the toughest and most frustrating sport fish on the planet. Enrico Puglisi's flats flies are the preeminent patterns available for saltwater fishing, so make sure to stock up on these ahead of trips to Mexico, Belize, or any destination with wary Permit.
