Palo Santo Stick is used to clear out negative energy. Also known as "Holy Wood". How to burn Palo Santo & Sage: Use a candle to ignite the stick/sage. Hold it about a 45 degree angle and point the tip down towards the flame of your candle let the wick burn for approximately 30 seconds. Then blow it out. Smoke will arise from the embers and spread into the air. You can hold it in your hand or place the stick/sage on an incense holder.
