Palo Santo

Palo santo or "Holy Wood" is a sacred tree native to South America. Indigenous Latin American cultures have used its wood in traditional healing and spiritual ceremonies for centuries. When it burns, the aromatic wood releases lemon, mint, and pine notes—an invigorating, grounding fragrance that is believed to have a number of benefits. This Palo Santo was ethically harvested from Peru. Each stick is about 4" inches (10cm) long. Palo Santo can be used to cleanse negative energy, attracting positive energy and can be lit when you are feeling emotionally or spiritually exhausted or lacking motivation.  Smudge in your home, work place, car, yoga studio, yourself, pets and loved ones.
