Palmetto - House Plan

The Palmetto is the ultimate Mediterranean style house plan. With 5 bedrooms and tons of indoor/outdoor living space, this plan is perfect for any warm or coastal climate. A 2 car courtyard garage helps frame the dramatic raised entryway and foyer. 10'-4" ceilings throughout elevate the luxurious nature of this floor plan. The open concept main living space features tray ceilings, a massive living room, huge dining room and a premium kitchen. The kitchen features a desk area, eat-in island and natural lighting with a window over the sink. The garage is access through a linear mud room, perfect for wall cubbies and has direct access to the laundry room and walk-in pantry.  On the left side of the home, there is a guest bed (or office) ad the primary bed suite featuring a private sun room, walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom with a freestanding tub. On the right side of the home, three roomy secondary bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms.  Finally, the huge rear porch is divided into three sections with areas dedicated for outdoor dining, living and an optional fireplace.
