Palm House - House Plan

This stunning 3 bedroom house is a great option for wide lots.  A cozy front porch draws you into the main foyer which ties the luxurious kitchen to the rest of the house. To the left of the kitchen is the open dining room with French doors out to the rear patio. To the front is the living room with lofted ceilings and a massive set of Architectural windows overlooking the front yard.  Beyond is the primary bed suite. The walk-in wardrobe helps isolate the bedroom from noise and features both open and closed storage spaces. The sizable bedroom has direct access to the rear patio and also features its own en-suite bathroom.  A large open staircase takes you up to the two secondary bedrooms on the second floor. These cozy bedrooms tucked into the dormered windows are a great place for guests or kids. Both share a bathroom and feature tons of storage space.  To the right of the kitchen is the walk-in pantry, home office space and mud room connecting the 2 car garage.
