Paisley Stencil

The paisley pattern is nearly as old as time itself, or so it seems. This teardrop-shaped motif truly is ancient, having originated in Persia as far back as the 14th century. The use of the paisley pattern in the West became popular in the 18th and 19th centuries and it's still a popular pattern today. And now we have captured the traditional paisley pattern – with a little extra fun added – in our Paisley stencil. The Paisley stencil is the ideal way to add a touch of class to a blank, boring wall in your home. You can literally paint a stunning paisley design on a wall in mere minutes and no one would ever believe you did it yourself. We make it possible because the stencil comes with registration marks that allow you to line up the spacing and orientation perfectly each time you paint the design. The Paisley design size is 34” x 22.5”, making it easy to paint it on large surfaces. But walls aren't the end of the story. You can also easily paint this design onto tile floors, concrete walls or walkways, or even a table top or bench seat. Decorate a hope chest with this pattern. The only limit is your imagination. Each time you use the Paisley stencil, all you need to do is secure it flat to the surface, then apply the paint using a spray, roller, or brush. Then remove the stencil and line it up in the next position. When you are completely done, all you need to do is wash the stencil and tuck it away until you need it again – or until someone you know asks to borrow it. This stencil is so durable, it can stand up to hundreds of uses.
