A real conversation between our Founder and a Customer: Customer: Hi, I was just curious if your glycerin, and propylene glycol is derived from plants? I ❤️ that your product is plant based, as a vegan. I do like to use products that are sustainable, as often as possible. I'd ❤️  to see more plastic free products, or plant based plastics, like sugar cane, corn starch etc., but that's going to take a long time to change, although maybe metal, or glass containers could be a future thought. 😁 Our Founder: Hey _______, I wanted to reach out directly. That's a great question btw. Yes, our ingredients like glycerin and propylene glycol are plant derived from vegetable fats and oils, such as soy, coconut, and palm. 🌱 I agree that we can't talk natural ingredients without taking care of the earth. It's my promise that as Painless Picasso becomes the global natural alternative to pharmaceuticals that we also leave as little of a footprint as possible while giving back to efforts that align with our mission, vision, and purpose. I really appreciate you reaching out. I'm even more happy we share some of the same ideals. Again, we're an early stage startup but with support from great people like yourself the possibilities are endless. I'm here to answer any other questions you may have. Thanks again _______! 🙏" Customer: That's fantastic!! Thank you for the detailed, and kind reply. I understand you're just starting out, and I truly appreciate what you're doing. I can't tell you how many lidocaine creams, gels, and patches doctors tried to prescribe for me after a bad accident, where I needed numerous surgeries. I will certainly be a customer, and I really hope you continue to be successful. 🤞🌎🌱 Our Founder: It's moments like this that keep me going. Thanks so much for the great feedback and insight. It means the world. 🤝
