Tea Type White Tea General Description Pai Mu Tan, also known as Bai Mu Dan and White Peony is a traditional white tea that is delicate and slightly floral in flavor. Pai Mu Tan is harvested from young tea leaves that have not yet fully bloomed which provides its fresh and milder flavor. Pai Mu Tan is perfect as a hot tea and is well complimented by a small spoonful of honey. Keywords traditional, delicate Ingredients organic white tea, product of Japan Steeping Instructions 1.5 teaspoon per 8oz serving. Steep for 3 minutes in 180 F water.  Steeping Instructions HOT: 1 teaspoon per 8 oz serving. Steep for 3 minutes in 185 F water. ICED: 1 teaspoon per 4 oz serving. Steep for 3 minutes in 185 F water. Add Ice after steep time
