Paella Workshop

EACH CLASS PURCHASE OF $110 IS FOR AN INDIVIDUAL - ONE PERSON. YOU WILL WORK AT A STATION WITH ANOTHER GUEST, COOKING A DISH FOR THE GROUP MEAL. Join Anne and Kelli in the kitchen as we dive into paella making and skill building in this informative and fun cooking class. We take you through our building blocks for paella: homemade stock, sofrito, Bomba rice, the perfect pan and, of course, saffron.  Paella making is easy once you learn about the make-ahead tasks, how flavor is built in the pan and heat management. You'll use your eyes and ears to make this iconic Spanish dish. This class will have you practicing paella at home, and you'll master the coveted socarrat (the crispy rice bottom) in no time! ON THE MENU: Paella Valenciana Paella Mariscos Paella Mixta Paella Vegetarian This is a hands on class that ends in a full meal. All students receive a store discount.
