He died in the convent of Giovanni Rotondo in 1968. During his life, he suffered a total of 5 stigmata, the 5 wounds that Jesus had on the cross and they bled him for half a century. He had the gift of being in two places at the same time, in life he performed many miracles, he was a great confessor and he had the gift that when the person went to confession, he could see the sins of that person. WHEN DO WE PRAY HIM? We turn to him to ask for his intercession, glorification and humility. To ask for and receive an urgent miracle. To help us overcome our problems and lead us to find God’s way when we find ourselves lost in anguish and stress. PRAYER Physical healing for us and for our loved ones, especially for the terminally ill. We put our loved ones and the sick who have no earthly hope, who through your intersection perform a miracle of healing and by the power of God and the Holy Spirit flow through every cell of their body. Purify his soul and heal him of any affliction for the glory of our Lord who lives and reigns throughout eternity. Amen. SHRINES AT THE UNITED STATES St. Padre Pio Shrine in Buena, New Jersey.
